Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Muv Events. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Deposit and Booking:
• A deposit of RM 10,000 is required to secure the booking.
• 50% down payment is required as confirmation upon reservation.
• The remaining balance and any additional charges are due one month prior to the event date.
2. Payment Information:
• All cheques should be crossed and made payable to:

◘ Bank Name: PUBLIC BANK
3. Security Deposit:
• A security deposit of RM 10,000 will be collected upfront to secure the booking.
• The security deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after the event upon confirmation of no damages or missing items.
4. Client Responsibility:
• The client is fully responsible for any damages or loss of items (including rented items) during the event and shall be liable for full compensation.
5. Event Cancellation by Muv Events:
• Muv Events reserves the right to cancel any bookings if the client fails to pay the balance within the stipulated time.
• Muv Events is not liable for any consequences arising from such cancellations.
• Muv Events is not liable for any losses and damages of personal properties on the event day.
