Cancellation & Refunds Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. This refund and cancellation policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Deposit Refund:
In the event of a cancellation after the one-month confirmation period, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
2. Down Payment:
The 50% down payment required upon reservation is strictly non-refundable, non-amendable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. Security Deposit:
The security deposit of RM 10,000 will be refunded within 21 working days after the event, provided there are no damages or missing items.
4. Responsibility for Damages:
The client is fully responsible for any damages or loss of items (including rented items) during the event and shall be liable for full compensation.
5. Cancellation by Muv Events:
• Muv Events reserves the right to cancel any bookings if the client fails to pay the balance payment within the stipulated time.
• Muv Events is not liable for any consequences arising from such cancellations.
