Cancellation & Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. This refund and cancellation policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Deposit Refund:

In the event of a cancellation after the one-month confirmation period, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

2. Down Payment:

The 50% down payment required upon reservation is strictly non-refundable, non-amendable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3. Security Deposit:

The security deposit of RM 10,000 will be refunded within 21 working days after the event, provided there are no damages or missing items.

4. Responsibility for Damages:

The client is fully responsible for any damages or loss of items (including rented items) during the event and shall be liable for full compensation.

5. Cancellation by Muv Events:

Muv Events reserves the right to cancel any bookings if the client fails to pay the balance payment within the stipulated time.
Muv Events is not liable for any consequences arising from such cancellations.
